David Chass
PRINCIPAL
Over the first 25 years of David’s career, he managed national and international projects at premier sports, entertainment, and cultural events from the Olympic Games, World Cup, and Super Bowl to The GRAMMY Awards, Cirque du Soleil, and CowParade International.
He created integrated brand marketing campaigns and experiences for IBM, FedEx, Gillette, and Visa, among other Fortune 100 companies. Regardless of the campaign – the activation of a sponsorship or the creation of a proprietary event – the process was consistent: identify objectives; establish a strategic platform; ideate; proceed to creative program design and development; determine how to bring the concepts to life; and finally, execute flawlessly.
David has won several awards for his campaigns and was a speaker at numerous industry conferences and events nationwide.
David established Coordinate Consultants in 2019 to manage and oversee a new opportunity as the Chief Operating Officer for a well-established Owner’s Representation firm focusing on large-scale, high-end, residential real estate. David was brought on to establish rigorous processes and procedures to better serve existing clients and develop a new business plan for expansion.
David and Jonathan Rose partnered in 2019 to establish Coordinate Consultants to manage and oversee the non-financial assets of clients with a more expansive set of needs.
